Skokie Coyotes Travel Baseball 2026 season Tryout information:

The Skokie Coyotes are a Community Youth Travel Baseball Team of the Skokie Baseball and Softball League and are members of the Lake Shore Feeder Baseball League (LSFBL).  We are a 100% volunteer run organization.  Our teams and players dedicate a serious amount of time and commitment to our organization and the game of baseball while taking pride in continuous development of baseball skills in a competitive environment.

WHY THE SKOKIE COYOTES?

• LOW AND COMPETITIVE TEAM – PLAYER FEES – $1000- $1200 PER PLAYER FOR THE SEASON – SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND DEPENDENT ON AGE LEVEL
• TEAM AUTONOMY
• COACHES AND TRAINING THAT ARE FOCUSED ON PLAYER DEVELOPMENT IN A CLOSE KNIT TEAM ENVIRONMENT
• INDOOR TRAINING FROM JANUARY – APRIL – 2-3 TIMES A WEEK
• TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN 2-3 IN SEASON TOURNAMENTS
• 14 GAME REGULAR SEASON IN THE LSFBL – LAKE SHORE FEEDER BASEBALL LEAGUE WITH A SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT – PLAYOFF
• DEDICATED IN BEING THE PROGRAM EXCLUSIVELY FOR SKOKIE RESIDENTS – WE TAKE PRIDE IN COMMUNITY YOUTH BASEBALL

The league will be conducting travel tryouts for the 2026 season on the following dates and times:

8U (Birthday not before 5/2/2017, primarily 2nd graders in 2025-2026 school year)
9U (Birthday not before 5/2/2016, primarily 3rd graders in 2025-2026 school year)
10U (Birthday not before 5/2/2015, primarily 4th graders in 2025-2026 school year)

Sunday July 27 – 2:30pm-4:30pm, Central Park West Field, 9350 Central Park Avenue, Skokie, IL
11U (Birthday not before 5/2/2014, primarily 5th graders in 2025-2026 school year)
12U (Birthday not before 5/2/2013, primarily 6th graders in 2025-2026 school year)
13U (Birthday not before 5/2/2012, primarily 7th graders in 2025-2026 school year)
14U (Birthday not before 5/2/2011, primarily 8th graders in 2025-2026 school year)

**A child is not eligible for 14U if they are in high school during the 2025-2026 school year.

It is only required to attend one of the two dates  You will indicate which date you are attending in your registration.  

ALL PLAYERS MUST PRE REGISTER FOR ONE OF THE TWO DATES IN ORDER TO TRYOUT AND BE CONSIDERED FOR THE 2026 SEASON.
