Players will be introduced to the five core fundamentals—arm circle, plug, stride, banana, and take-away—while building confidence to step on the mound, embrace a leadership role, and get excited about becoming a pitcher.
6:30 – 7:30 Hitting Fundamentals: Safety, Grip, Stance, Load
These are the essential building blocks of a powerful, consistent swing. It all starts with safety—learning the right way from day one—so players develop proper body positioning, avoid bad habits, and Gain trust in their abilities from the very beginning.

    4/26, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
5:30 – 6:30 Intro to Pitching: Building Accuracy
The key to throwing strikes is mastering the arm circle. Pitchers will focus on the arm circle fundamental, learn how to properly warm up, practice with purpose, and use a simple pre-pitch routine to stay in control. Once pitchers can consistently throw strikes, the game opens up—hitters can hit, fielders can field, and everyone has more fun.
6:30 – 7:30 Hitting Fundamentals: Mental Game, Stride, Hips, Hands
Athletes will learn how to connect their mindset and mechanics to improve timing for successful at-bats. Players will get hands-on reps with both tee work and soft toss, giving them a chance to apply what they’ve learned in a game-like setting.
